- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and realiable java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness, of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Work with outside data source and API's
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Explore for opportunity to achieve sales targets with pre-sales team.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency via CD CI Pipeline
- Proficient in React and/or React Native, GoLang with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Experience in developing Microservices solutions
- Familiarity with VS Code IDE
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitLab
- Familiarity with containerization ecosystem such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Market and customer understanding
- Building long term relationship and capable of maximizing the value of the customer portofolio
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long lasting cutomer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Negotiation and check update contract of the rate/pricing
- Monitoring (together with operations team) cargo from departure to arrival
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expends company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Make quotation rate letter and offer to ultimate customer/client
- Execute profitability analysis to enable market related response to rate inquires
- Previous account manager or sales from logistic business or trucking company with more than 3 years of experience
- Has good relationship and database for customer
- Has good managerial and communication skill
- Has drive license A & own car (preferable)
- Familiar to CRM system
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to travel
